  1. Hey,you know what, actually one of my sisters that works in the health whole body dept was telling me that this lady she works with has fm and cfs and bunch of other stuff and that ever since the lady started using turmeric,it has helped her fibro and cfs. The lady said she did her 'research' too and that everyone who has fm has bacterial overgrowth all through their body in between joints/muscles and that if you take several things for bacterial overgrowth your energy levels go way up and your pain levels decrease. In her case that is what happened, but I don't remember if I already told you this. If I did, just disregard lol..but I saw your blog on the tumeric and just thought I'd pass it along. Hve you wever tried Tumeric?

  3. Eek! Thanks for that heads up Myka! The URL is right but something seems to be wrong with the html. I'll go back in & edit it, but if it still won't work, if you cut & paste instead of clicking, it will get ya there.

  4. Okay, all better :)

Yeah, I haven't noticed much of a difference in my pain, which is what I originally started taking it for, but it definitely helps my allergies...
Seems like it's the newest "wonder herb". It's a great anti-oxidant as well, and they've even used it in studies to fight colon cancer!
(I use a product called Inflatrol for my allergies.)
